Here is a sampling of our basic office and facility clean services:
- Control the appearance of your floors by vacuuming and/or sweeping, and ensure that your baseboards will be swept free of dust at least once a month
- Mop hard surface floors with clear water or a germicidal solution at your option
- Dust and clean top corners and horizontal surfaces and corners (including windowsills, ledges, cleared surfaces and unobstructed work areas of desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, furniture and displays, shelving, picture frame tops, doors, vents, and pipes) as needed
- Sanitise telephones
- Empty and damp-wipe waste receptacles (and ashtrays if you have them)
- Remove fingerprints and smudges around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas
- Sanitise and polish water fountains
- Thoroughly clean and mop your restrooms: with a germicidal solution, and clean mirrors, partitions, urinals, toilets and sinks using disinfectant and detergents as needed. Refilling of soap and paper products will be performed with supplies you furnish to us
- Remove soil from entrance doorframes, handles, glass, and threshold
- Sweep off the surface of immediate exterior entry areas
- Leave premises, contents, and furniture in a neat orderly fashionReport any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages
Special “spring-cleaning” services are available any time your space needs more extensive attention. We can also assist with move-in and move-out needs for office and small business. We can, and will, customize our service to your desired level of attention, for a reasonable and competitive price.
As a full-service company, we can arrange to strip, seal, and buff floors and steam-clean or bonnet-clean your carpeting with our same caring attention to detail.
